Shipping & Delivery Policy

OwlKeys exclusively sells digital software licenses (ESD – Electronic Software Distribution). Nothing is shipped physically unless explicitly stated on the product page (e.g., backup USB drives). By default, you will receive your order electronically.
1. Electronic Delivery (ESD)
- Upon successful payment, the license key and download instructions are delivered instantly to your registered e-mail address.
- An order confirmation containing your unique license key(s) is also available in your My Account dashboard.
- In rare cases, high-value or bulk orders may undergo manual verification, causing a delay of up to 12 business hours. We will notify you via e-mail if this happens.
2. Delivery Address
Because the product is digital, the billing address you provide is used solely for tax invoices and payment verification purposes. No physical shipment is made to that address.
3. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you do not receive your license key within 30 minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam/junk folders.
- Ensure noreply@owlkeys.com is whitelisted.
- Contact us at contactus@owlkeys.com quoting your order number.
4. Physical Media (If Applicable)
Some products may offer an optional backup USB drive for an additional fee. In such cases:
- Shipping is handled by reputed courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within India.
- Tracking details are e-mailed once the package is dispatched.
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout.
5. International Orders
Currently we primarily serve customers within India. International customers may purchase digital licenses; however, physical shipments outside India are not supported at this time.
