This extended delivery time ensures accurate processing and validation of your software license.
What is our refund policy?
Refunds are subject to the seller’s discretion and will only be issued under the following conditions:
- The software does not activate for the end user.
- The software fails to activate.
- The software becomes non-functional on the user’s system.
Please note that no refund or replacement will be entertained in the following scenarios:
- The purchased software is incompatible with the user’s system.
- The customer doesn’t know how to use the software.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of purchase. These conditions help ensure fair and efficient handling of all refund requests.
