Refund Policy:
Refund are processed within 15 days for following cases:
- Item broken:
If an item broke during shipping and arrived as dead (dead on arrival). You can return the item to us within 7 days and a replacement or refund will be issued once the item is received in respective warehouses as specified in your order details. Items used for more than 180 days will not be considered for replacement or return. - Incorrect item received:
We will accept the immediate return of any such items and replace them. if you still want to use the received item, we can offer you a discount for another item which you may be interested in. - Dead on Arrival:
Return item immediately in original packing we will replace or refund you the full amount. - Unsatisfactory:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. All shipping costs to be borne by the customer for this option. If the issue is not due to owlkeys or Owlkeys’s seller side , Item return may be rejected.
After 30 Days – The no-hassle returns procedure is valid for 30 days after receiving your product. You may request a return or exchange up to 30 days after this period by calling Customer Service (+91-9685600204 ) to receive further instructions. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the Return Policy requirements. Depending on the condition of your software and other circumstances, returns during this period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Microsoft Surface – Factory-sealed product may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Applies only to current models. Opened products cannot be returned.
For defective devices with extended warranties, contact Microsoft at +1-844-611-6871 for a replacement and further instructions.
Electronic Delivery Items (Digital Downloads)
While owlkeys.com makes every attempt to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, whenever you choose to have a software key sent electronically, that sale is considered final. Owlkeys Infotech cannot issue refunds once product keys have been distributed. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know the system and compatibility requirements of the product prior to purchasing. If there are technical issues that prevent access to your software purchase, please contact our support team for assistance.
Licensing Software
Note: All licensing software returns are at the manufacturer’s discretion. If the manufacturer denies a claim, the return cannot be processed.
Microsoft Software – Returns within 30 days of purchase are eligible for full credit.
Microsoft Services (CSP Subscriptions) – Subscriptions are NOT eligible for refund.
